What is GrowFlow?

GrowFlow is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that allows individuals, agencies, and businesses to purchase social media services such as followers, likes, views, and more across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, and Twitter/X.

Is it safe to use GrowFlow?

Yes. We never ask for your account password. All our services are delivered externally and comply with platform guidelines to the maximum extent possible. We recommend starting with smaller quantities to test each service.

How do I get started?

Simply create a free account, add funds to your balance using your preferred payment method, browse our services, and place your first order. The entire process takes under 5 minutes.

Orders

How fast are orders delivered?

Delivery times vary by service. Most orders start within minutes. Fast services (likes, views) are typically completed within 1 hour. Slower services like followers may take 1–72 hours for gradual, natural-looking delivery.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order is in "Processing" or "Completed" status, cancellations are not possible. Please open a support ticket if you believe an order should be canceled.

What does "Partial" order status mean?

A "Partial" status means the order was partially fulfilled by the provider — for example, you ordered 10,000 views but only 6,000 were delivered. In this case, you can open a ticket to request a refund or refill for the remaining quantity.

What if my order fails?

If an order fails, your balance is automatically refunded in full. You can then try again with the same or a different service. For persistent issues, please contact our support team.

Payments & Balance

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and major cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH). Additional payment methods may be added over time.

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit is $5.00. There is no maximum, though very large deposits may require manual verification for security purposes.

Are refunds available?

Yes. Refunds are issued to your GrowFlow balance for failed orders, partially completed orders, or in cases of service-side errors. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method.

API & Resellers

Do you offer an API?

Yes. Every registered user has access to a personal API key from their dashboard. Our API is fully compatible with the standard SMM panel API format, making integration straightforward for resellers and developers.

Can I resell GrowFlow services?

Absolutely. Our pricing is designed to allow resellers to set their own margins. Use our API to integrate our services into your own panel or website. Check the API Docs page for full documentation.

Account

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Each person or business is allowed one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral code with others. When someone registers using your code and makes a purchase, you automatically receive a 3% bonus credited to your balance.
