By accessing or using GrowFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One account per person or business entity is permitted. GrowFlow reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of this rule.

3. Use of Services

Our services are intended for marketing and promotional purposes. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Attempt to circumvent platform terms of service in ways that could harm third parties

4. Payments and Balance

All payments are processed securely. Balances deposited into your GrowFlow account are non-refundable to the original payment method unless required by law. Refunds for failed or unfulfilled orders are credited to your GrowFlow balance.

5. Service Delivery

We do not guarantee specific delivery times. Orders are subject to provider availability. In cases of partial or failed delivery, your account will be credited accordingly.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowFlow is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to account actions taken by social media platforms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
